Payment:

    • Is there a minimum order?

      • No.

    • What kind of payment do you accept?

      • All prices are in Euros – with the exchange rate of 1e = $1 US dollar.  Payment is accepted from Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

    • Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?

      • Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information.  So it’s completely secure.

    • Duty Taxes:  Are there additional duty taxes I would owe?

      • There are no additional duty taxes owed for deliveries to the United States as Tijon has already paid those duties.  Other countries may impose a duty tax to your order and may request that payment prior to delivery.  Each country is different in the management and collection of its taxes and duties.

Shipping: 

    • How will my product be shipped?

      • All orders from the United States and Canada are shipped out of the Tijon Distribution Warehouse in Arlington, Texas and  shipped to you via UPS Ground unless you otherwise specify.
      • On orders from outside the United States and Canada the products are shipped to other countries via UPS, Fed Ex or DHL air.

    • What are your shipping fees?

      • All orders from the U.S. and Canada are shipped from our distribution center in the U.S. will have shipping and handling fees as follows:

        • Order below $100:  $7 flat fee
        • Order $100-$200:   $15 flat fee
        • Order above $200:  FREE

      • NOTE: Special Offering through June 1, 2009 – all orders over $40 from the United States or Canada receive free shipping.

      • All other international orders will have a shipping and handling fee as follows:
        • Order below $200 - $45 flat fee
        • Order above $200 - $65 flat fee

    • How long will it take to receive my order?

      • Shipping usually goes out within 48 hours.  If in the U.S. or Canada you should receive it within 5 to 7 business days from date of order.  If outside the U.S. please check with Tijon or UPS.  Please plan ahead.  We do not want you to be disappointed.

    • What if my shipment is damaged?

      • Please contact us so we can report the damage to UPS or the appropriate shipper.  Be sure to always inspect packages at the time of receipt.  If you receive a package that has been damaged make sure you report this to your driver and have him/her make a note of this fact on the delivery sheet.  If the driver does not do this and you accept a damaged box, UPS might not pay the claim of damages.  If we do need to authorize a return for any reason, please make sure the items re packed in the original manner so damage does not occur.  If there is damage due to inadequate packaging, no credit will be issued.

Returns: 


    • What is your return policy?

      • Tijon is very proud of its fine quality products and offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied of the products you have received, whether it is because they are not suitable, defective or not what you ordered, please send them back to us in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt at the address below.  We will exchange the product(s) or, if you prefer, we will reimburse your account for the products plus your costs of shipping within 15 days following the receipt of the returned goods.
